Sensitive materials you may submit for service delivery, such as:

• brand preferences, voice/tone inputs, mission statements, positioning notes, and feedback.

4. Strict Confidentiality for Proprietary Assets (Zero-Leak Policy)

• No Investor or Third-party Sharing: We do not share your materials with investors, VCs, accelerators, or other founders unless you explicitly authorize it (for example, if you engage a service that requires disclosure).

• Limited Internal Access: Access to your uploaded files is restricted to the people directly assigned to your project.

5. Intellectual Property and Portfolio Use

• Client Ownership: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables produced for your engagement (for example: messaging guides, brand identity outputs, and pitch materials) are intended to belong to you upon completion of payment and delivery.

• Portfolio and “Stealth Mode” Respect: We do not publish or showcase your proprietary strategy, deck, or internal materials without your written permission (for example, via a “Success Story” approval).

6. Use of Tools, Including AI-assisted Workflows

If we use software tools to support delivery (editing, design, analytics, automation, or similar):

• we use them to produce your deliverables and to operate the business; and

• we aim to minimize exposure of sensitive materials to unnecessary systems.

Where AI-enabled tools are used, we do so in a structured way and do not use your proprietary materials to train public models.

• Right to Erasure of Proprietary Assets: You may request the deletion of your pitch decks and proprietary materials after the project is closed. We will action deletion requests subject to legal, tax, or dispute-resolution requirements.
